JCC Triggerfish Swim Team Ages 8-13

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 7/21-8/14 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM 2 Days a Week
Session B 4 weeks: 2 days a week and any two days Monday-Thursday. Participants in this program must meet the requirements of Youth Level 5/6 to be successful. The program is designed to introduce your child to the concept of a swim team and using swimming as a form of exercise. Swimmers can participate in practices/ workouts once or twice a week learning a proper warm-up and refinement of strokes through drills to understand a balanced workout/practice. All swimmers will review the basic components of competitive swimming strokes, starts, turns and training tactics. Location: Peck Aquatic Center and JCC Water Park.
