The Big Melt Down is a 12 week program that takes a realistic approach to weight loss and lifestyle change. This program will help you with real-life self empowerment, exercise, eating and living. Certified Personal Trainers, Nutritionist and Wellness Coaches will monitor your 12 week journey to a healthier you.The program consists of 2 group training sessions per week (pick one of the four sessions when registering),a weekly wellness/nutrition meeting on Wednesday at 6:00 PM, group and individual challenges and wellness coaching. Big Melt Down is for ages 18 & up. Instructor: Ally Koller. No class 9/25, 10/9, 10/16 and 11/27.

Baseball Skills Clinic

Learn the fundamentals of our national pastime! Throwing, catching, hitting and much more will be practiced through age-appropriate activities. Skills and drills will help the child's self-confidence, teamwork and knowledge of the game of baseball. *All players will start by practicing off of a tee. We will slowly work toward hitting live pitching. (Both underhand and overhand via the coaching staff).
