Pilates Clinic

A Unique Class that incorporates 2 Pilates teachers and allows up to 8 participants. This whole body conditioning workout will incorporate 25 minutes of apparatus work and 25 minutes of mat work, yoga or small props work. Basic experience in Pilates Mat or reformer work is required or approval from instructor. Modifications or variations can always be used to assist or challenge students.
