Masters Swim

Thu 6:30 PM- 7:30 PM
Ages 16 and up. This program is designed for the adult and young adult swimmer who is proficient in all strokes and is looking to improve and refinetheir strokes to become a more efficient swimmer as well as increase their endurance to be able to swim for fitness and/or train for a particular race (i.e. triathlon). Our coach will create a dynamic and challenging swim workout to help you get in great swimming shape.

This program is for members ages 12-14 who are interested in working out on the fitness floor. This three part class is taught by one of the personal traininers. You will learn the basic components of a workout, major muscles of the body and proper use of the cardio and strength equipment. Barre

Barre class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. It uses elements of classical Ballet and Pilates in order to sculpt arms tighten the abdominals tone the hamstrings and lift the rear end. Standing exercises at the barre, small weights and mat work all combine to improve strength and alignment.
