Pilates Props and Apparatus Class

Apparatus session are a great way to supplement your mat classes, private training or begin a new exercise regimen with a friend or two. The classes are tailored to meet the needs of the group. Mat work , Reformer, Tower and Chair will all be used as well as small props. All Pilates apparatus is spring based which add resistence to exercises or assists with certain movements.

Session 1 Restorative Yoga

This is no ordinary yoga class -explore the art of active relaxation utilizing poses to help release layers of tension, engage the relaxation response, and reduce the effects of stress-related disease. Much of this class is spent on the floor utilizing supportive props and is therefore suitable for ANYONE including those recovering from medical procedures, currently engaged in medical treatment, with chronic pain or illness, and pregnant women.
