Mindful Self Compassion - Mondays
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 8-week course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. In the course you will learn how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease, how to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism, and how to treat yourself as you would a dear friend.
