Pilates Training

Whether your goals include, weight-loss, toning or improving your overall health, STOTT PILATES is the perfect addition to your exercise routine and may help improve the way your body functions, looks and feels. Pilates focuses on the core and builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body. It is a mind-body exercise that incorporates breathing, flowing movement, precision, control and concentration into every exercise. The JCC is pleased to offer Matwork and Reformer training in class sessions and personal training. Class sessions are five weeks in length unless otherwise noted.
