Fit ‘n’ Fun Water
Enjoy a 30 minute total body workout in a chlorine free pool. A variety of exercises will be done from cardio, strength and stretching all done in the water.

Fit ‘n’ Fun Land
This 60 minute class will consist of 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics, followed by weight training with weights and/or bands and ending with stretching. Variations will be given so that all fitness levels can partake in the activities.

Fit ‘n’ Fun Yoga
You are as young as your spine is flexible. Learn how to increase your flexibility and mobility. Develop better balance and strength, calm the mind and reconnect with the body. Participants will be required to do some exercises on a mat on the floor.
