Margaret is an ACE-certified personal trainer (American Council on Exercise) and a certified indoor cycling instructor (Johnny G Spinning™). She knows first hand how difficult it is for busy people to take time for exercise and healthy eating. Margaret's goal is to help clients adopt an active lifestyle that incorporates four essential elements: strength training, cardio cross-training, flexibility, and eating for health and enjoyment. Another aim is to coach physically-active clients to add intensity and efficiency to their workouts to achieve better results and reach personal goals. Margaret has a specialty in pre-natal and post-partum exercise.
