This program, sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation consists of a gentle prescription of exercises in a heated pool. The class are 45 minutes in length and are led by certified instructors to help you to alleviate pain and discomfort caused by arthritis. Ages 20 – 99 years.

 

 

 

Classes meet Monday – Friday in the morning.

$4 a class for Members and $7 a class for non-members
