Class Descriptions:
Aqua Power – 30 minutes workout in the deep end of the pool. Flotation devices may be used. Join this powerful workout today. 60 minute class offered on Thursday evenings.
Cardio Currents – 45 minute, high intensity class done in the shallow end of the pool. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
Fit ‘n Fun – Are you part of the mature fitness crowd (over 55)? This program involves all areas of a safe and effective workout.
Water Exercise – 60 minute class done in the shallow end of the pool. Class includes a warm-up, cardio segment, and a cool down. Includes some strength training.
