The word KOACH means strength in Hebrew, The widely popular adult program brings together everyone from Milwaukee area newcomers, to semi-retired and retirees, to members of synagogues, and the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center.

Strength is an appropriate word because KOACH reflects the vigor of this region's Jewish community by representing the J and six Milwaukee synagogues including: Beth-El Ner Tamid, Congregation Beth Israel, Congregation Emanu-El B'ne Jeshurun, Temple Menorah, Congregation Shalom and Congregation Sinai. In this unique partnership, programs rotate monthly between the J and the synagogues. The program provides a delicious kosher lunch and a stimulating and entertaining program designed for this special audience.
