The JCC is proud to announce that we have just become an official Spin Certified Studio. 

What does this mean? 

Every spin instructor holds a national Spin certification and must attend continuing education workshops to maintain it.  Quality instructors to assure the best class ride the JCC can offer. 

Instructors provide the music and encouragement to lead a class through a 45 minute exercise ride. All instructors are nationally certified. Class space is limited to 14 participants. You must register at the Peck Desk to assure your spot in class. Participants must be 14 years or older. All participants should bring a water bottle, heart rate monitors are encouraged.
