JCC membership entitles you to full usage of the Habush Fitness Center. We offer over 60 pieces of the newest cardio equipment in the industry all equipped with cardio theater (large flat screen TV's, radio and personal viewing screens) - treadmills, Ellipitcals, arc trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, Stairmasters, the "Wave" and NuStep. The Habush Fitness Center also features a full line of Lifefitness and Magnum selectorized strength training machines as well as a free weight area. Our free weight area offers dumbbells, a bench press, Olympic and Smith racks, 2 cable motion multi-dimensional strength training machines, an assisted dip/chin up machine as well as a stretch and bench area. Our fitness center is monitored by trained fitness staff to help familiarize you with the equipment or to simply offer you a spot.
