The JCC hosted another successful Indoor Triathlon on May 4, 2008!
This year, we had a record number of 20 participants who swam, biked, and ran their way to the finish line. Each Triathlete started their day with a 1/4 mile swim, and then moved onto a 15 mile bike ride, while finishing with a 3 mile run around the indoor track.
Medals were awarded to the top three finishers in each age group. Top finishers include the following individuals:

The 2008 Indoor Triathlon was a great success, not just from the record number of participants or the medals handed out, but from the overall support and encouragement that came from each Triathlete. It truly was an inspiriting day and I'd like to congratulate and thank everyone who participated:
