Advanced Personalized Fitness Orientation
For members who prefer to have their
introduction to the exercise equipment with Nationally Certified Personal
Trainer, we also offer an advanced PFO for $28.
The evaluation is followed by a one-on-one consultation and results interpretation with a JCC certified personal trainer. (Medical clearance may be required before participation.)
