Meet Chef Jonah A graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Information Management & Technology with a minor in Jewish Studies and Business Management, began his career as a technology consultant. Realizing his love for food and hospitality, he returned to Kendall College in Chicago for his graduate culinary degree. As a classically trained professional chef, Jonah specializes in Kosher cuisine and healthy cooking. Prior
to the JCC, Jonah owned his own successful catering company in Chicago
and assisted in the opening and management of a restaurant in
Milwaukee. In addition to his love for cooking, Jonah has a passion
for overnight camp, in which he has been involved for over 18 years. |
