The JCC’s new fitness/wellness program and facilities for kids ages 8 – 12 years
Objective – to provide a fun atmosphere where kids can become more active through movement, incorporating learning about healthy eating and healthy lifestyle choices.
Sign-up for one of our programs – led by a Kids Fit Central trainer in a small group setting with individualized training.
Ready, Go, Fit
An Introduction to fitness! Let’s get moving and have some FUN! A workout that is bound to be fun utilizing many different engaging props – rebounders, kettlebells, jump ropes, balls, tubing, etc. Healthy eating and discussion of healthy lifestyle choices will be interjected throughout the workouts.
Classes meeting on Wednesdays & Fridays after school.
Yoga for Kids
The class will incorporate lessons in creativity, self-acceptance, interpersonal skills, positive thinking, person and environmental awareness and (most of all) fun, which offers you and your kids positive tools for everyday life. Yoga may provide a much needed physical outlet in a non-competitive environment.

Zumba for Kids
It is the latest fitness inspired workout that will get you moving. Ditch the workout and join the party.
Classes for “little stars” ages 4 – 7 years and “big stars” ages 8 – 13years

Forza for Kids
Feel the power and exhilaration of a Samurai sword workout with Forza, the full body exercise program based upon Japanese sword fighting techniques. Build muscle and burn fat with this fantastic cardio workout that strings together controlled sword movements into movie-like, choreographed combinations performed at high speed.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00 – 5:30 pm
Saturdays 12:30 – 2:30 pm
Sundays 12:30 – 3:00 pm
