Try Zumba, the hot Latin dance-based workout that is hugely popular nationwide or take a shot at The Beast, Boot Camp, Power Up, Step and Sculpt or Kick Boxing. Prefer to make a splash when you work out? The JCC offers a series of FREE group water fitness classes throughout the day and on weekends. Suit up and jump into our low chlorine, comfortably regulated, ozone filtration pool that is always monitored by a trained, Red Cross certified lifeguard.
