Live Up Healthier


It’s 6:00am and your alarm goes off. You get out of bed, start the coffee, get dressed, eat breakfast, freshen up, brush your teeth and head out the door. Your morning routine consists of habits that you don’t think about; they’re all automatic.

Imagine what life would be like if you had the same automatic responses to a healthy lifestyle? Let the JCC help make this dream a reality! A healthy lifestyle is all about replacing unhealthy habits with healthy ones. Each small substitution leads to a stronger and better you!

Join us on a 12 week journey to a healthier you. The program includes 2 personal training sessions per week, 8 wellness meetings on Wednesday evenings, group and individual challenges and health coaching.

The healthy habits gained from the Live Up Healthier program will assist you in losing weight, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and increase your energy levels.

The program may only be 12 weeks, but tools will last a lifetime. Live Up Healthier is only offered once a year! The program begins the week of January 7th. Only 32 spots are available (8 spots per training sessions). Once they’re filled up registration closes!

The first wellness meeting is Wednesday 1/11/17 at 6:00pm. Training begins the week of 1/16/17. A detailed calendar will be added in December.

I am so glad I participated in this years Live Up Healthier and couldn't be happier with my results.  I was in a group with Neila Bond and she kept our workouts exciting and challenging the entire time.  I had goals of losing 15 to 20 pounds, but once I lost 10 pounds and turned a lot of fat into muscle I realized I was at my body’s proper weight.  I have continued on with the

Live Up - Healthier is a Level 2 program. Participants in level 2 programs should be able to power walk and rise off of the floor without assistance. Exercise modifications will be presented when available.

To sign up for Live Up – Healthier you can register online, at the JCC or by contacting Katie Nickel at 414-967-8269. Choose one of the training options to register. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a confirmation email within three business days including detailed information specific to the program. Registration begins 12/5/16 for members.
