Fall Program Highlight: JFIT - The Workout Solution

Since I first started working here at the JCC two years ago, I have taught a variety of our small group trainings. Though I loved the participants and the classes I was teaching, I always seemed to have the same trouble; no one is able to commit to a class. Life gets in the way – a sick kid, an unexpected emergency, a flat tire… with participants normally wanting to make the class up at another time. Most of these classes were only once a week which made rescheduling hard.  In the past we have tried punch cards, drop-ins, you name it!  So I put my creative juices to work and came up with a new program that is perfect for any busy person.  That program is JFIT, the JCC’s Functional Interval Training.

This program was created to make personal and small group training accessible to all. Very similar to indoor cycling, JFIT will have a standing schedule that you can attend as you wish. With 12 trainings per week, we know there is a time that will work for you. In additional to being offered at many different times, we wanted to keep these sessions personal and are limiting participation to 10 people per training. Register early to ensure your spot. (Drop-ins are more than welcome, if space allows.) Participants will purchase a monthly package, which allows an unlimited number of sessions per month.  

JFIT is high quality training with nationally certified personal trainers. These sessions will be fun, exciting, high energy functional training that will make you want to come back again and again. If you are ready to change your workout routine with something that is fun and engaging– JFIT is for you.
