Participants will assess their joint mobility and learn about the relationships between mobility and stability. They will also go through foundational warmups and movement patterning such as packing shoulders, hinging at the hip, and bracing the core. Homework will be provided as needed to ensure everyone can achieve proper positioning for the proceeding clinics.
