Parkinson's dance class is open to anyone seeking lifelong comfort and east in their body movements. Feel better, function more efficiently and enjoy life more fully! Discover your creativity in motion. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome, options include dancing in a chair, standing and moving across the floor. Stay young at heart while being with others who are dancing through life!

Session 1 Parkinson's Treadmill and Strength Class

Mon, Thu 1:30 PM-2:30 PM
This exercise class is geared towards individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD) and is led by a physical therapist and personal trainer. The hour-long class is divided into two sessions, 30 minutes on the treadmill (sometimes walking backwards) and 30 minutes working on strength and flexibility with a focus on trunk mobility. Clients of all stages of the disease are welcome, as well as, new participants.
