Explore the power of autumn and learn the steps of letting go and mindful living through the change of seasons. Sensei Thom will share the tools and skills of contemplative journaling, letting go meditations, positive rituals for individuals and family, working with and surrendering to change, and the indigenous wisdom of living in harmony with the seasons. This workshop will be enriching and life transforming for anyone ready to live a more contemplative, peaceful, and healthy lifestyle through any seasonal change. Bring your journals and note taking encouraged! Lots of information will be shared. SIgn up with a buddy and save $5. This will be held in the Community Hall.
