Adult swimmers can learn new strokes or perfect old ones. Great for getting or staying in shape both in and out of the water, master swim class participants will work on drills, sets and an enjoy a water workout designed for your needs and level of intensity.
Group Water Exercises
Exercising in the pool offers a totally aerobic, awesome cardio and strength work out experience. Join the fun in one of these popular water work out classes: Aqua Power, Cardio Currents, Senior Splash and Water Exercise.
Co-sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, a certified instructor leads this specialized exercise class in our heated pool. The class objective is to offer an exercise class that helps to alleviate pain and discomfort.
