Ease into your morning with this grounding practice, focused on relaxing the muscles and the mind in foundational poses. Prepare your body and mind for the challenge of the day as you transition to fully awake. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

Slow Flow Yoga
Focus on promoting strength, flexibility and mobility around themes of self-exploration and wellness. Appropriate for all levels; slower pace allows new students to explore foundations of asana (poses), allows more experienced practitioners to go deeper, building strength and the mind/body connection.

High-energy class that gives you a total body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions and great music
