Join us for a special evening with Thomas M. Jacobson, retired attorney and civil rights pioneer, as he shares stories from his powerful new memoir, Underdog Against All Odds: The Fight for Justice.

Jacobson’s remarkable journey began with his escape from Nazi Germany as an infant aboard the MS St. Louis. His life’s work – fighting for justice in Milwaukee’s courts and beyond – includes founding the city’s first integrated law firm, arguing (and winning) two landmark cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and representing the families of Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims in the 1990s.

Underdog is more than a memoir: it’s a testament to resilience, moral conviction, and the ongoing fight against injustice.
