This 10-minute HIIT workout is simple, all you need is some space and a stopwatch! HIIT (or “high-intensity interval training”) workouts are time-efficient because they include a variety of exercises and fixed periods of work and rest. The workout below only takes 10 minutes, focusing on cardio and strength exercises so that you can burn calories and build muscle.
Find some space, and have a clock, stop-watch, or even better: download an interval timer on your smart device. You will be doing 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest.
