My child loves going to Rainbow Day Camp, is there anything we can do as a family at Rainbow?
June 29-30, there is a family overnight out at Rainbow Day Camp. Families can chose to stay in the Soref Retreat Center in a private hotel like room with a private bath, or pitch a tent on the Rainbow grounds. Or you can do both!! It's an awesome site to drive up to Rainbow Day Camp and see the little city of tents. All meals are included, dinner Saturday evening, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
What do you do the whole time you're there? The program begins on Saturday, June 29 at 4pm with a family scavenger hunt across the camp's 100 acre grounds. Don't know your way around? Don't worry, your child will know the way. After dinner on Saturday evening, there are family Olympic games and a night swim. We end the night with Havdallah, and s'mores around the camp fire. Last summer the kids put on an impromptu America's Got Talent show for the adults to enjoy. After the kids go to bed, parents have an opportunity to hang out around the camp fire and socialize. It's a real camp experience! Remember to bring along some snacks and beverages.
On Sunday morning, breakfast is served followed by a magic show by the one and only Lenny Kass. After that, camp is open! Families can enjoy swimming in the pool, boating or catching frogs in the agam, archery, the climbing wall, mini golf, the athletic field, and more. It is a wonderful to get to experience as a family, the fun your children have at Rainbow Day Camp every day.
This sounds expensive, how much does it cost? Where else can you have an amazing family experience like this at such a great price? $135 for a room in the retreat center and only $100 if you sleep in your tent. Get your friends together and reserve your spot today. Contact Shoshanah Bruesewitz, email@example.com or Lenny Kass, firstname.lastname@example.org.
