It’s easier to get yourself into those workout clothes and out the door when you know you have a supportive community waiting for you. Committing to a weekly class helps you stay accountable to your own goals… and at the J, we miss you when you aren’t here!

Everyone in our community can register for barre, mat & reformer Pilates, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and a great selection of group training classes.

JCC members receive discount pricing and priority registration for these classes and also have access to over 75 free group exercise classes which include yoga, indoor cycling, Zumba, aqua fitness, and many more cardio and circuit-based classes.
