You will find a supportive community of beginning to experienced yogis working together to create an environment of kindness, honesty, warmth, respect, and acceptance. Every student is challenged and rewarded with amazing results that benefit the body and mind.

The vast majority of our yoga classes are included in the free group exercise offerings for JCC members, but each season you will also find a selection of classes that are open to the community for registration.
