Looking for something different? Every season, our trainers come up with specialty classes that expand upon your fitness routine and give you an opportunity to train in a group setting. Maybe you are ready to Commit to Be Fit or want to strengthen your skills on weights or improve your self-defense skills. Fitness is a constantly evolving landscape, and the JCC is committed to continued engagement with your health and wellness.

Have an idea for a new class and have a few friends who want to join you? We’re in!

These classes are open to the whole community, but as always, JCC members get value pricing and a week of priority registration.

Commit to be Fit 
Commit to be Fit is the JCC’s 12-week healthy habits and weight loss training program. Each week participants receive:
• 1 in-person workout
• 1 on-demand workout
• 1 written strength, cardio, and core/restorative workout
• Weekly nutrition letter

Women on Weights
Building strength is the foundation to increasing your fitness level. Learn to properly lift using barbells, dumbbells, and cable machines under the supervision of a certified personal trainer specializing in strength training.

Burn
Burn is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or rest for maximum fat burning.
