Pilates is for EVERY. BODY.

Improve core strength with a low impact workout that lengthens, strengthens, and balances the body with a combination of breath and movement. Pilates classes are open to the community.

Mat & Barre Classes
Pilates mat and barre classes are offered in the group exercise studios: Mixed Mat Pilates, Classical Mat Pilates, and Barre/Mat Pilates Fusion.

Express Reformer Classes
30 minute reformer classes have been added to the Group Training schedule alongside Burn Group Interval Training.

Pilates Reformer Studio
The dedicated Pilates Studio has 6 stations, each complete with a Stott Pilates reformer and chair apparatus. Whether you are new to Pilates reformer or are deep into your practice, our Pilates Studio offers classes for every level. Beginners must take three 50 minute private sessions to learn the terminology and standard elements before joining intermediate level classes on the schedule. Tower and Jumpboard classes are also available.
