In her current role, Marina builds teams that provide seamless technical support for customers and analyzes metrics, constantly look for improvement of service. Highly skilled in all levels of service desk and incident management, user training/support, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and customer relations, she collaborates with multiple support teams and vendors to ensure consistent adherence and proper execution of agreed policies and procedures.

Marina has a BA in Business Administration from Alverno College, an MS in Management Information Systems from UW Milwaukee, and has taken Project Management classes at IBM. She believes her superpower is the ability to liaison between customers, vendors, technical support teams and development teams to minimize incidents, increase customer satisfaction and provide A+ support.
