Tapestry: Literature

Judaism is all about stories. We are known as the People of the Book and we share our collective stories and experiences. Let Tapestry at the JCC become the book club that will strengthen your connection between the words you read and the voices who wrote them and weave the connection between a book, a film, the theater or an idea. Tapestry brings the art of the written word and the experiences that accompany those words to you by introducing you to what are sure to become your new favorite stories along with discussions led by the artists themselves, the authors. Whether you are looking to learn something new through a memoir or a study on Jewish film, or you want to live in the world the fiction writer creates for you, Tapestry will expose you to what you know you already love, and help you stretch to find your new thread.  Click here for the Tapestry Brochure.
