As a part of the JCC’s commitment to the continual maintenance of facilities, the studios A & B will be closed until reopening on Saturday, September 23rd. 

Wednesday classes will be relocated to the following areas:

Youth Strength Training

Youth Strength Training

Learn how to safely and effectively exercise with a certified personal trainer. Youth Strength Training course teaches and enlightens youth ages 12 and 13 years old how to use the fitness center with confidence and safety through a three session course. The first two sessions will cover fitness equipment and how to safely and correctly use it as well as terminology and important concepts for health and exercise.  The last session with contain a practical exam and written exam based on what was learned and retained. Each session is 45 minutes to an hour depending on number of participants. For questions or to set up course please contact Allyson Koller at
