At the J we believe it’s not just what we say – it’s what we do. And, while we provide the entire community with a destination for inclusive wellness, high quality education, and comprehensive social services – what we really do is serve a mission that brings everyone together.
That takes work.
We’re at our best when the community invests not only in its financial resources, but also its time and talents. From serving clients of the Jewish Community Pantry to supporting our legacy leaders in senior adult programs to educating youth through our tutoring services – there is no shortage of opportunities to open your heart and give some of yourself back to the community.
The Volunteer Hub is a centralized destination for current and future volunteers to engage with JCC programs and the community we serve. You can view current and upcoming volunteer opportunities, indicate your interest, and register to volunteer.
Our dedicated Volunteer Coordinator will match you with the opportunities that best align with your passions. From helping to shape programs by joining a committee to offering day-of support for events big and small, there’s no shortage of ways to get involved.
CURRENT AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
Greet/register guests, help facilitate activities, help setup and take down, and other duties as needed.
Not only will you make a difference in someone’s life, but you’ll make a difference in your own.
Complete this interest form to begin your volunteer journey.
In the future, we aim to collaborate with other Jewish organizations, creating a centralized hub for all volunteer opportunities in our community. For now, we invite you to look at the JCC’s current opportunities and get involved.
