A fun and challenging class that includes a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises for muscle toning, cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening and body sculpting using various equipment. Work at your pace and intensity level.
Slow Flow Yoga
Appropriate for new and continuing students to explore the mind/body connection in relation to the asanas (poses). This class will focus on setting foundations in the postures, breathwork and meditation. A well-rounded practice for those looking for general health, wellness or cross-training benefits.
PiYo is a mind body class that combines the strengthening, lengthening and core moves found in Pilates and yoga. It uses choreographed sequences set to pop music. It is low impact but high intensity. The use of body weight and dynamic movement techniques will make you strong while burning calories.
