Located in Fredonia, WI – just 30 minutes north of Milwaukee – the Daniel M. Soref Education & Retreat Center is the perfect destination for hosting your next event. We welcome groups of all sizes in the spring, fall, and winter, to our 110-acre site that combines modern conveniences with rustic beauty. Our dedicated staff will help make sure that your event is tailored to your total satisfaction.
The Lodge
The Lodge features 20 rooms with 8 beds per room. Features include:
- Private en suite bathrooms
- Air conditioning & heating
- WiFi
- Lounge & hospitality suites with a full-sized refrigerator on each floor
The Bayit
Our primary facility is The Bayit, where your guests can enjoy meals and breakout sessions during their stay. The main room features a divider to partition the space, and guests can also enjoy access to the spacious room on the lower level. Features include:
- Bathrooms on all floors (ADA-compliant bathroom on main floor)
- Kitchen (includes fridge, freezer, and oven)
- Catering options upon request
- Use of chairs and tables
- WiFi
- Air conditioning & heating
The outdoors
Make the most of the beautiful Wisconsin scenery during your retreat. Your rental includes full access to our hiking trails, playground, athletic field, and all the seasonal activities offered in these areas.
Use of the gym is available at an additional charge. Our gym space features:
- 3 full-size pickleball courts
- A full-size basketball court
- Court divider
- Air conditioning & heating
- 6 ADA-compliant private bathrooms
- WiFi
Our camp staff can help run activities for your retreat group at an additional cost upon request. Activities can range anywhere from archery to rock climbing, or any other teambuilding exercises you have in mind.
