Start your week out strong in our Pilates studio, hit the elliptical on the Habush Fitness Floor, drop in a group yoga class and pose your way to wellness, get some one-on-one attention with a personal trainer, and coast into the weekend with a free indoor cycle class. Why join a bunch of specialty fitness facilities when you can find them all under one roof? Whether you’re a member of the 5 AM weekday workout crowd or need to get in some sweat therapy on the weekends, the JCC is constantly changing to meet our members’ needs and interests.
