Jess Vroman
Director of Facilities and Security

As Director of Facilities and Security at the JCC, Jess provides senior leadership to the building services and IT teams, serve as the primary point of contact for partners, vendors, and subject matter experts, and directly supports the operational success and security of all JCC facilities across its state-wide footprint.

Jess is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Human Resources Certificate. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker who serves on the Cultural Diversity and Public Policy Committees of the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Jess has previously served on the JCC Board of Directors, Camp Interlaken JCC Committee, and as the Chair and co-chair of the Gan Ami Early Childhood Parent Involvement Committee. She has also provided meaningful leadership in the development of the JCC’s Strategic Roadmap and is a recipient of the Esther Leah Ritz Emerging Leader Award.

Jess lives in Cedarburg with her husband, 2 kids, and her crazy dog, where they enjoy spending as much time outside as possible in their free time.
