Frequently challenged and banned across the country, All Boys Aren’t Blue offers a deeply personal account of adolescence, identity, family, and the resilience it takes to be authentic in the face of societal expectations. Johnson’s story invites readers of all backgrounds to reflect on issues of race, gender, and sexuality, while offering a voice of empowerment and healing.
