Pregnant to Parent: Prenatal Yoga/Mat Pilates | Mar 12
This gentle prenatal yoga/mat Pilates class at the JCC supports strength, flexibility, and relaxation during pregnancy while helping you prepare your body for birth. Designed for all trimesters, the class offers a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and connect with other expecting parents.
Participants in classes hosted at the JCC receive a one-day guest pass with access to the Habush Fitness Center and our Health Center locker rooms on the day of their class. Our spa-like Health Center lounges offer heated massage chairs, towel service, complimentary toiletries, and a variety of beverages and snacks.
