Seniors (65+) Location LabelFun at any age.
From specialized fitness classes to entertainment, and luncheons to speaking engagements, Adult Social Programs provide a necessary outlet for retired and semi-retired adults to combat social isolation and engage with physically and mentally stimulating programs.

This vibrant and stimulating social group is designed for semi-retired and retired men to come together and learn from speakers from throughout our community who share topics and perspectives that are educational, political, religious, and related to current events. Contact Ken Stein to learn more.

Many seniors in our community enjoy exploring arts and culture through our Tapestry program.
JCC Members enjoy free Group Exercise classes like Fit ‘N Fun, Aquafit, and many more.
Session classes like Pilates, Parkinson’s Dance class, and many more are excellent ways for older adults to stay active and personalize their wellness journey.
