You want options, we got ’em! JCC members have access to group exercise classes throughout the week – and they are all free.
Get your zen on with Yoga, shake it with your favorite Zumba instructor, buoy to success in an aqua fitness class in our ozone-treated pool, step up to the challenge in a step class, or get spinning in a cycling class. Drop-in to classes on the fly and try something new every day, or find your community by sticking with your favorites.
You will also find popular Les Mills group training classes like BODYPUMP and SPRINT on our schedule. Partnering with Les Mills International allows us to keep our workouts fresh and exciting with consistent releases of new music, new choreography, and opportunities to stay on top of fitness trends.
Group Exercise is available in-person and, as always, is free to all JCC members ages 14+.
