Get your zen on in the Yoga studio, shake it with your favorite Zumba instructor, buoy to success in an aqua fitness class in our ozone-treated pool, step up to the challenge in a step class, try Nia, Tai Chi, Boot Camps, and more. Drop-in to classes on the fly and try something new every day, or find your community by sticking with your favorites.
Fall 2019, we introduced Les Mills group training classes like BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and SPRINT into our schedule. Partnering with Les Mills allows us to keep our workouts fresh and exciting with consistent releases of new music, new choreography, and opportunities to stay on top of fitness trends.
JCC members can also take a spin in our dedicated indoor cycling studio now that all spinning classes have been added to the free group exercise menu. Reservations for bikes are required. Call 414-964-4444.
