From training for a race to simply getting your feet wet when it comes to swimming as a form of exercise, we invite you to strap your goggles on and dive into our Adult Swim programs at the JCC!
Program Benefits
JCC members swim laps (or water walk) year-round in our beautiful, UV-filtered Peck Aquatic Center. Keep tabs on drop-in lap swim times with the My J app for JCC Members. Outdoor lap swim is also available during the summer at the Hy & Richard Smith JCC Water Park in Mequon. Download the My J app for JCC Members to stay up-to-date on open swim times. Adult Beginner and Intermediate swim lessons build your confidence in the water while also building the fundamentals of stroke development and other swim skills.
The JCC’s Master Swim program gives experienced swimmers an opportunity to build community and enjoy some friendly competition as a member of an adult swim team. Contact Jess Lanke to learn more. To register for Master Swim, click here.
JCC members enjoy complimentary Group Exercise classes like Aquafit Shallow and Aquafit Deep for low impact fun and fitness. Class times and details can be found on our Group Ex schedule.
