Whether you’re brand-new to the gym or looking for a challenge, our personal trainers will meet you at your unique fitness level and build an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals. Personal Training is a member-benefit only available to JCC Members, but good news, membership is open to everyone!

Enjoy a private workout in our designated studio spaces, or take it to the floor – our state-of-the art fitness floor that is! Your trainer will work with you to find the best space for your workout.
Personal Training Studio is equipped with rubber floors for functional workouts, free weights and benches, deadlift platform, Plyo boxes, rowing machine, TRX’s, InBody 270 scans, punching bag, and more!
JCC Members can book their first session at an introductory rate of three 1-hour sessions for only $99.
