Program Benefits

THe Down Syndrome Association of WIsconsin (DSAW) partners with our Center for Inclusion & Special Needs (CISN) to bring 5-day per week programs to disabled individuals in the Northshore. Partnering with DSAW helps our mission of building a stronger Milwuakee.

Wellness 360 participants work as a group and independently to learn and refine skills that lead to a healthy, independent lifestyle. Common skills include hygiene, establishing a fitness routine, goal setting, centering the mind, and how to navigate complex emotions.

Wellness 360 participants have access to the Habush Family Fitness FLoor and other JCC exercise spaces throughout the week. They can choose from a variety of exercises, ranging from cardio to weightlifting, and also participate in regular yoga classes.

We want everyone to have the support they need which begins with our team getting to know you and your family.
