Tommy Jostad serves as the Chief Financial & Operating Officer of the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, where he oversees financial services, capital planning, human resources, operations, membership, and wellness.
Before joining the JCC in 2014, Tommy built a diverse career leading finance and operations teams across multiple sectors. His experience includes senior leadership roles at Allen-Edmonds Shoe Corporation, both in the United States and as Director of Operations in the Dominican Republic, as well as serving as a Manager in Assurance and Transaction Advisory Services at Grant Thornton LLP, where he advised clients on both buy and sell-side transactions.
Outside of work, Tommy and his wife Maria have three caring (and entertaining) children. He is actively involved as a Boy Scouts of America leader, helps bring live music to the community through Summer Sounds, a 10-night summer concert series and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cedarburg Cultural Center. A musician himself, Tommy values creativity, connection, and community both on and off the clock.
