In the last 8 months, your JCC has undergone significant technological changes aimed at enhancing our service to YOU – our valued members and community. This journey has seen the introduction of innovative tools such as the Traction Rec/Salesforce registration platform (launched in July) and the My J app (launched in December).
Today, we’re excited to mark another milestone in our commitment to better serve you with the launch of the new jccmilwaukee.org. Learning from the success of dozens of JCCs across the country, we selected 829 Studios to build our new website as they have created a proven website integration with Traction Rec/Salesforce.
So, what does this all mean for you?
- Seamless Integration with Online Registration Platforms – Register buttons on most all classes and programs will lead directly to our Traction Rec registration platform to complete your enrollment. Group Exercise schedule is delivered through an integration with the My J app so all changes are updated in both places, in real time.
- Improved Search Functionality – Prominent front page search bar searches both the written website content and classes and events on the Traction Rec registration platform at a lightning fast pace.
- Filtered Program Page – Filter by category, age, and location to find the programmatic area that best fits your needs and interests.
- Intuitive Design – Best practices in web design are constantly changing, and this new format more closely aligns our features and functionality with current user expectations.
While we are excited to be launching this new site today, you will continue to see tweaks and adjustments in the coming weeks. Your JCC is meeting the needs of our community across a diverse set of programs, services, and locations. Building a website to meet all these needs is a daunting task. While the structure is now in place to integrate with Traction Rec and the My J app, we will continue to deliver improvements and optimizations as we move forward.
