HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 x 1 km running segments with 8 different functional workout stations performed between each run. It’s known as the “World Series of Fitness Racing” and is designed to be accessible to everyone – from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes – because it requires a combination of endurance, strength, and raw power.
We offer specialized programming centered around the HYROX Fitness Race whether you want to Get Race Ready or Just Get Fit!
Program Benefits
Through small group training classes with 6-8 people or 1-on-1 sessions with your personal trainer, this circuit style workout will directly mimic the intensity and structure of the race, utilizing stations and equipment that directly correlate to the 8 functional exercises in the HYROX race (Sleds, SkiErg, Rowers, Wall Balls, etc.).

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.
This race format remains consistent across the globe, consisting of:
8 x 1 km Runs interspersed with
8 Functional Workouts:
- SkiErg: 1000m
- Sled Push: 50m (75kg/125kg)
- Sled Pull: 50m (50kg/75kg)
- Burpee Broad Jumps: 80m
- Rowing: 1000m
- Farmer’s Carry: 200m
- Sandbag Lunges: 100m (10kg/20kg)
- Wall Balls: 100 reps (4kg/6kg)
Four different categories to choose from: Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay
As an official Hyrox Training Club, JCC members are eligible for early bird registration for all races – which is a great advantage since many sell-out quickly.
